By accessing and using M365 Change Digest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

M365 Change Digest is a free informational service that aggregates and summarizes Microsoft 365 Message Center announcements and roadmap updates. The Service includes:

  • Browsing, searching and filtering Message Center posts
  • AI-generated summaries, topics and tags for each post
  • Optional e-mail digests of new posts

3. E-mail Digests

No account and no sign-in are required to use the Service. The only optional feature is the e-mail digest, which uses double opt-in:

  • You enter an e-mail address and we send a single confirmation message to it
  • Nothing further is sent unless you click the confirmation link
  • Every digest contains an unsubscribe link that removes the address immediately
  • Only submit an address you are entitled to subscribe

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Submit e-mail addresses that are not yours, or use the subscription form for excessive or automated requests
  • Redistribute the content without attribution

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The information provided is aggregated from Microsoft's public sources and may not always be current or accurate. Summaries, topics, tags and suggested action dates are generated automatically by an AI model from the text of the Message Center post and may be incomplete or wrong. Always refer to official Microsoft documentation, and to the original Message Center post in your own tenant, for authoritative information.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
