We are announcing the ability to enrich Sales agent meeting prep with more data sources in Sales in Microsoft 365 Copilot. This feature will reach public preview on September 30, 2026.
How does this affect me?
With this feature, meeting prep in Sales agent now supports additional data sources. You can configure which data sources contribute to meeting prep insights through the Sales agent admin experience. This configuration lets your organization decide exactly what context sellers see, whether it's open service issues, customer needs, or potential risks and opportunities.
Administrators automatically receive this feature with no action needed to enable it at the tenant level.
