Microsoft is introducing organizational skills support for Copilot in PowerPoint. These reusable skills can help users apply organization-specific guidance when working with Copilot in PowerPoint for the web, PowerPoint desktop for Windows, and PowerPoint for Mac.

Tenant admins will be able to add and share organizational skills through the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Frontier: We will begin rolling out in end of August 2026 and expect to complete by early September 2026.

After this rollout:

Users will be able to access shared organizational skills in PowerPoint for the web, PowerPoint desktop for Windows, and PowerPoint for Mac.
