This helps users turn meetings, conversations, and offline work into actionable outputs within Copilot Notebooks.

What will happen

Users can capture audio, images, and notes directly into Copilot Notebooks.
Capture can be suggested or initiated when supported browser-based meetings are detected (Zoom, Webex, Google Meet).
Users can also manually start capture from the OneNote system tray icon.
Copilot generates a structured Copilot Page with insights, decisions, and action items based on captured content.
Captured content is saved to the selected Copilot Notebook and is available across endpoints.
The feature is available by default for eligible users.
