Microsoft is introducing the ability for users to create on-brand presentations directly within Copilot in PowerPoint by selecting a brand kit during content generation. This enhancement ensures consistency, reduces manual formatting effort, and enables faster creation of polished presentations aligned with organizational standards. This supports personal and team productivity.

Who is affected: Users with Microsoft 365 Copilot (Premium) licenses and organizations using brand kits
Platforms/Services: PowerPoint (Desktop, Web)
What will happen:
- Users will be able to select a brand kit directly within Copilot in PowerPoint when generating presentations.
- Brand selection will ensure consistent use of colors, fonts, and visual identity in AI-generated slides.
- Brand kits must be set up with your brand templates to be available in Copilot. Learn more: Create and manage official brand kits.
- The feature will be available by default to eligible users once rolled out.
- Existing Copilot workflows in PowerPoint will be enhanced with this new step.
