We are introducing updates to the Power apps license consumption experience designed to improve Power Apps licensing management. These changes will begin rolling out on December 8, 2025, based on geographic region, and will be available in all regions by December 19, 2025.

New tiles in the license consumption report:
- Per User Licenses: Summary of licenses purchased, assigned, and consumed based on last 90 days usage.
- Per App Licenses: Summary of licenses purchased and allocated.
- Pay-As-You-Go: View the number of billing plans set up for Power Apps.
- Additional Insights: Month-over-month trends for per-user license and app pass consumption.
- Download detailed license consumption data, including how licenses were consumed based on app launches.
- Identify users who have assigned licenses but have not launched an app recently.
- Manage allocation of app passes directly from this experience for better control and governance.
- Updated layout with the new license consumption report tiles.
- Removal of the “License Type” column from the summary.
- Removal of the Usage Details by License Type table.
