Details
Body (from Message Center)
We are announcing the ability to reduce alert fatigue with noise-free notifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data. This feature will reach general availability on May 29, 2026.
How does this affect me?
This feature enables improved failure detection, recovery, and notification capabilities that allow for the self-correction of transient issues. Emails automatically sent from the service when a failure occurs will no longer be sent when transient failures are encountered, reducing emails that do not require attention.
You can be proactively notified of system status and failures through emails sent to environment administrators when there is a failure that blocks the end-to-end processing, and receive notifications sent from log monitoring services configured to receive Customer Insights - Data event logs, such as Azure Log Analytics.
What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness, and no action is required.
